Raisin Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Dry Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Tsp Grated Lemon Peal

Directions

  1. Mix brown sugar, dry mustard, and cornstarch
  2. Slowly add vinegar
  3. Add lemon juice, lemon peal, water, and raisins
  4. Stir over heat until thick.

Notes

  • Makes 2 cups
  • Serve hot over ham
