Raisin Sauce

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Tsp Dry Mustard
2 Tbsp Cornstarch
1 Tbsp Vinegar
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/4 Tsp Grated Lemon Peal
Directions
Mix brown sugar, dry mustard, and cornstarch
Slowly add vinegar
Add lemon juice, lemon peal, water, and raisins
Stir over heat until thick.
Notes
Makes 2 cups
Serve hot over ham
