Shrimp Scampi

1/4 Lb. Butter

2-3 Cloves Garlic, minced

1-1/2 Lbs. Shrimp, pealed and deveined

1 Tbsp. Parsley Flakes

1/4 Cup White Wine (the better the better)

1/3 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs


Melt butter in a large skillet on med. heat

Add garlic and saute a few minutes

Add shrimp and parsley and saute until 3/4 done

Add wine, stir, cover and simmer on low heat for 5 min.

Add bread crumbs, stir to mix

Serve over hot linguini
