Spicy Italian Sausage Bread

1 Loaf of Frozen Bread Dough (thawed and raised)

1 6 oz. can Italian tomato paste

1 small green pepper (roasted)

1 small onion (roasted)

1 tsp. Italian seasoning

8 oz. mozzerella cheese

8 oz. Italian sausage (cooked and drained)


Preheat over to 350°.

Roll out dough on floured board.

Spread tomato paste thinly over the dough.

Add cheese, sausage, green pepper, onion and Italian seasoning.

Remove from oven and brush with egg white.

Roll up dough and tuck in the ends.

Bake on a nonstick cookie sheet for 45-60 minutes, until golden brown.
