Tzatziki Sauce 2

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Plain Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Cucumber, Peeled, Seeded and Shredded
  • 1 Tsp Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions

  1. Double line a fine sieve with dampened cheesecloth
  2. Add yogurt and drain over a bowl for 2 hours
  3. Discard drained liquid
  4. Combine remaining ingredients with yogurt and refrigerate at least 1 hour
