Vanilla Ice Cream

4 Eggs

5 Cups Milk (approx.)

2 Tbsp Vanilla Extract

1 Cups Sugar

1/2 Pint Whipping Cream

2 Cans Condensed Milk

1/4 Tsp Salt


In a large mixing bowl beat eggs until foamy

Slowly add sugar, cream, vanilla, and salt and mix thoroughly

Pour into ice cream maker can and add milk to the fill line and mix thoroughly


Freeze per ice cream maker instructions

Makes about a gallon of ice cream

Add approx. 4 cups of finely chopped fresh fruit (or canned) if desired - don't forget to reduce the amount of milk to compensate for the fruit or the can may overflow during freezing
