White Chili

1 Tsp Olive Oil

1 1/2 Lb Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breast

1/4 Cup Chopped Onion

1 Cup Chicken Broth

1 4oz. Can Chopped Green Chilies

1 19oz. Can Cannelloni (White Kidney Beans), Undrained

2 Green Onions, Sliced

1 Tsp Garlic Powder

1 Tsp Cumin

1/2 Tsp Oregano Leaves


Heat oil in a large skillet, add chicken and onions and cook for about 4 - 5 min.

Stir in Broth, chilies and spice blend, reduce hear and simmer for 15 min.

Add beans and continue to simmer for 5 min., top with green onions and cheese if desired.
