White Clam Sauce

3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Fresh Parsley, Chopped
1/2 Tsp Pepper
1/4 Tsp Salt
3 6-1/2oz. Cans Minced Clams
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Saute garlic in oil until lightly browned
Reduce heat to low and add parsley, pepper, salt, clams and lemon juice
Cook over low heat till heated through, about 5 minutes
Serve over hot pasta
