Sweet Potato Souffle

3 Cups Sweet Potatoes - Boiled and Peeled
1/2 Stick Butter - Softened
3 Eggs
1/8 Cup Milk
1 Cup Sugar (optional)
2 Tsp. Vanilla
2 Tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Pecans
1/2 Cup Flour
1 Cup Light Brown Sugar
1/2 Stick Butter (softened)
Mix all but last 4 ingredients and place in a casserole dish.
Sprinkle on topping (see below).
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Topping: Mix last three ingredients well. Add Pecans.
