1 lb Rice
1 lb Onion (diced)
1/2 lb Raisins
1/4 lb Pine Nuts
Giblets
Cinnamon and All Spice
Cook rice.
Cut up and brown onions.
Cook giblets and cut up into small pieces.
Drain rice and add onions, raisins, giblets and nuts.
Add spices, to taste.
Put dressing in turkey and roast.
Recipe is for a 20 lb turkey.
