1 15.5-Oz Can Garbanzo Beans (drained)
2 Tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Tahini
4 Tsp Ground Cumin
2 Cloves Garlic (chopped)
Water (as needed)
Salt and Pepper
Add beans, oil, lemon juice, tahini, cumin and garlic to a food processor. Pulse until smooth.
Add water, 1-2 tablespoons at a time, until desired consistency.
Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
