Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 Bunch Broccoli - Approx. 1-1/2 lb
  • 1 Package Stove Top Cornbread Stuffing
  • 1 Recipe Cheese Sauce
  • 4 Eggs - Hard Boiled

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Trim broccoli and steam al dente
  3. Place in bottom of an oblong baking dish
  4. Cut eggs into quarters and place on top of broccoli
  5. Cover with cheese sauce
  6. Spread stuffing evenly over cheese sauce
  7. Bake ~30 minutes, until cheese is bubbling
