1/4 Cup Flour
1 1/2 Cups Warm Milk
1/2 Tsp Salt
Grated Cheese - Your choice
Melt butter in a small frying pan on low heat
Stir in flour until completely smooth
Add warn milk and stir until thickened and almost boiling
Add cheese and stir until blended smooth
Use at once
Four slices of American Cheese will malte sauce creamier
