Chicken A La King

1 Tbsp Butter
1-1&1/2 Lbs. Chicken Breasts (skinned and boned)
1/4 Cup Onion (chopped)
1/4 Cup Fresh Mushrooms (sliced)
1/4 Cup Flour
2 Cups Milk
1/4 Cup English Peas
1 - 2 Oz. Jar diced Pimento (drained)
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
Melt butter in a heavy skillet, add chicken and onions and saute until chicken is cooked
Add mushrooms to pan and saute 1-2 mins.
Stir in flour and cook 1 min., stirring constantly
Slowly add milk and the next 4 ingredients, cook until mixture is thick and bubbly
Cut toast into 4 triangles per slice and serve chicken mixture over 4 toast triangles
Sprinkle with paprika
