Chicken Broccoli Casserole

1 1/2 Lbs. Chicken Breast (boneless & skinless)

2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup

1 Bunch Broccoli (trimmed)

1 Onion (coursely chopped)

8 Oz. Sliced Mushrooms (fresh or canned)

1/4 Cup Flour

1 Tbsp. Salt

1 Tbsp. Pepper

Salt & Pepper (to taste)

1/4 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper

1/4 Tsp. Granulated Garlic

3 Slices Swiss Cheese

Cooking Oil

Hot Cooked Rice


Cut chicken into 1/4" slices.

Combine 1 tbsp. salt & 1 tbsp. pepper with flour and dredge chicken.

Saute chicken.

In a large casserole dish, combine soup, broccoli, onion, mushrooms, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and garlic.

Add browned chicken and mix.

Top with cheese.

Bake for 35-45 minutes at 350 degrees.


Serve over rice.
