Chicken Rollups

Chicken Breasts or Thighs (boned and skinned)
Ham (finely chopped)
Swiss Cheese (grated)
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
2 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1/2 Cup White Wine
Pound chicken flat.
Salt & Pepper as desired.
Place ham and cheese on flattened chicken.
Roll up and tie with string.
Saute chicken rolls in butter & oil until lightly browned.
Add wine, cover and cook over medium heat for 8 - 10 minutes.
Remove from pan and reduce dippings.
Pour sauce over rolls and serve.
