Chicken Rollups

Ingredients

  • Chicken Breasts or Thighs (boned and skinned)
  • Ham (finely chopped)
  • Swiss Cheese (grated)
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup White Wine

Directions

  1. Pound chicken flat.
  2. Salt & Pepper as desired.
  3. Place ham and cheese on flattened chicken.
  4. Roll up and tie with string.
  5. Saute chicken rolls in butter & oil until lightly browned.
  6. Add wine, cover and cook over medium heat for 8 - 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from pan and reduce dippings.
  8. Pour sauce over rolls and serve.
