Chicken Tostadas

4 Skinned and Boned Chicken Breast Halves

1/4 Cup Chopped Onion

2 Tbsp Butter

1 16 oz. Jar Medium Salsa

1 1/4 oz. Taco Seasoning

1 Can Refried Beans, 16 oz.

1 Box Tostada Shells

2 Cups Shredded Lettuce

1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

2 Small Tomatoes, Peeled, Seeded and Chopped


Cut chicken into 1/4

In a large skillet melt butter and cook chicken and onions over med. heat

Add salsa and taco seasoning and cook over low heat for 10 min.

Bake tostada shells at 350 deg. for 3 to 5 min.

Heat refried beans

Spread 2 tablespoons of beans on shells and top with chicken mixture, lettuce, tomato and cheese
