1 Cup Yellow Corn Meal

1 Tbsp. Double-Acting Baking Powder

1 Cup Sour Cream

1 Cup Tinned Cream-Style Corn

1/2 Cup Corn Oil

2 Eggs, lightly beaten

1 1/2 Tsp. Salt


Combine cornmeal and baking powder.

Stir in sour cream, creamed corn, corn oil, eggs and salt.

Pour batter into a well-buttered baking pan (12"x9").

Bake in preheated oven (400°) for 25-30 minutes, until top is golden.
