Crab Cakes

Ingredients
1 Lb. Crab meat (fresh is best)
1/2 Cup Diced Green Pepper
1/2 Cup Diced Red Pepper
4 Tbsp Diced Onion
2 Tbsp Butter
3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp Parsley (or fresh mint)
1 Egg (whipped)
1 Tsp Celery Salt
1/2 Tsp Black pepper
Salt to taste
Directions
Saute onion and peppers in the butter until tender
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Form into cakes(3/4" thick)
Fry in a heavy skillet (in peanut oil) on med. heat until golden brown.
