Crab Tarts

Ingredients

  • 1/3 Cup Cream Cheese - softened
  • 1/4 Cup Crabmeat - drained, flaked and cartlidge removed
  • 2 Tbsp. Green Onions - chopped
  • 1 - 2.1 Oz. Package Mini Phyllo Tart Shells
  • 1/3 Cup Whole Cranberry Sauce

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, crab and onions until blended
  2. Place tart shells on an ungreased baking sheet
  3. Drop 1 tablespoon of crab mixture into each shell
  4. Top each tart with 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until heated through
