• 12 Flour Tortillas, Uncooked
  • 2 Tbsp Cheese, Shredded (per Empanada)
  • 2 Tbsp Picadillo (per Empanada)
  • 2 Tbsp Refried Beans (per Empanada)
  • Oil for Frying


  1. Place cheese, minced meat and/or refried beans on 1/2 of a flour tortilla
  2. Fold tortilla over so edges align and seal tightly with a fork
  3. Heat 1" oil in a heavy skillet and fry each Empanada until golden, about 3 min., turning
