Fish Cakes

Ingredients

  • Salt, pepper and other spices to taste
  • 4-6 Cups Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. Mustard
  • 5 Egg Whites
  • 2 Cups Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 8 Lbs Fish

Directions

  1. Form into 1" thick cakes.
  2. Mix 4 cups of mayonnaise with liquid ingredients.
  3. Add crumbled, roasted fish to mayonnaise mixture.
  4. Add additional mayonnaise, if necessary, then add breadcrumbs.
  5. Mix in herbs and spices.
  6. Pan roast the fish.
  7. Pan sear the cakes, then finish in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
