Fish Nuggets

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Spicy Mustard
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • 10 - 12 Shakes Hot Sauce
  • Equal amounts of corn meal and flour
  • 1" Peanut Oil

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a heavy skillet
  2. Dip fish in drench and remove excess
  3. Roll fish in dredge until well coated
  4. Fry in hot oil until golden brown turning once

  • Drain on paper towels and serve hot
