Fish Nuggets

1/4 Cup Spicy Mustard

Juice of 1 Lime

10 - 12 Shakes Hot Sauce

Equal amounts of corn meal and flour

1" Peanut Oil


Heat oil in a heavy skillet

Dip fish in drench and remove excess

Roll fish in dredge until well coated

Fry in hot oil until golden brown turning once


Drain on paper towels and serve hot
