Italian Grouper


  • 1/2 Lb Grouper Filets per person
  • 2 Cups Plain Italian Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Package Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • Milk
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


  1. In a paper bag mix: bread crumbs Italian dressing cheese
  2. Beat eggs in a large bowl and mix in an equal amount of milk
  3. Salt and pepper filets
  4. Dip filets in milk and egg
  5. Drop filets in bag and shake to coat
  6. Remove filets to a plate and refrigerate for 15 min.
  7. Fry in hot (350 deg.) peanut oil until golden brown
