Italian Meatballs

1 Lb. Ground Round
1 Tsp. Parsley Flakes
1 Egg
1 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs
2 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese
3 Tbsp. Tomato Sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste
In a large bowl mix all ingredients, except sauce, together.
Add sauce and mix again.
Shape into balls (golf ball sized)
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Add to tomato sauce for the last 1/2 hour of cooking time.
Makes about 12-15 meatballs.
