6 Chicken Breast Halves - Skinless & Boneless
1 1/2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
1 1/2 Tbsp Butter or Margarine
1 Recipe Jerk Sauce
Remove fat from chicken breasts pierce several times with a fork.
Sprinkle on Jerk Sauce and let stand for 20 minutes before cooking.
Pan fry in oil & butter, or grill over medium fire.
Serve hot or at room temperature.
