Jerk Chicken

Ingredients

  • 6 Chicken Breast Halves - Skinless & Boneless
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Butter or Margarine
  • 1 Recipe Jerk Sauce

Directions

  1. Remove fat from chicken breasts pierce several times with a fork.
  2. Sprinkle on Jerk Sauce and let stand for 20 minutes before cooking.
  3. Pan fry in oil & butter, or grill over medium fire.
  4. Serve hot or at room temperature.
