• 750ml Vodka
  • 4 Cups sugar
  • 4 Cups Water
  • 2 Oz. Instant Coffee
  • 1 Vanilla Bean


  1. Bring all but 1 cup water to a boil
  2. Cut vanilla bean into quarters, split, and remove seeds
  3. Add sugar and vanilla bean to boiling water and stir until sugar is dissolved
  4. Reduce heat and cook at a low boil for twenty min.
  5. Bring remaining water to a boil and add coffee
  6. After sugadwater is done boiling add coffee, water and let stand until cool
  7. Add vodka and mix


  • Let stand for 2 weeks
  • Use Maxwell House instant coffee
  • The longer it ages the smoother it gets
  • Let stand until cool before adding vodlta as heat will destroy the alcohol in the vodka
