Leg of Lamb

1 - 4 Lb. Boneless Leg Of Lamb
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 Tsp Dried Oregano (1 Tbsp Fresh)
1 Tbsp Fresh or Dried Rosemary
6 Cloves Garlic (Pressed)
Place lamb in a heavy zip lock bag
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat
Marinate for 8 hours in the refrigerator
Griill, covered, over med hot fire, turning once and basting with the marinade, for approx 40 minutes or until desired doneness
