Leg of Lamb

Ingredients

  • 1 - 4 Lb. Boneless Leg Of Lamb
  • 1 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tsp Dried Oregano (1 Tbsp Fresh)
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh or Dried Rosemary
  • 6 Cloves Garlic (Pressed)

Directions

  1. Place lamb in a heavy zip lock bag
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat
  3. Marinate for 8 hours in the refrigerator
  4. Griill, covered, over med hot fire, turning once and basting with the marinade, for approx 40 minutes or until desired doneness
