Macerated Honeydew, Cantaloupe and Watermelon with Iced Pineapple Wine

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Red Watermelon (cubed)
  • 1 Cup Yellow Watermelon (cubed)
  • 1 Cup Canaloupe (cubed)
  • 1 Cup Honeydew (cubed)
  • 2 Cups Pineapple Wine (chilled)
  • Fresh Mint, for garnish

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the fruit with the wine.
  2. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  3. Garnish with mint.
