Mongolian Beef

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp Peanut Oil
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Garlic per 1/4 lb meat
  • 4 Oz Flank Steak per person - thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Sherry Wine
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp Sliced Green Onion
  • Pinch MSG (optional)
  • Hot cooked rice

Directions

  1. Heat wok and add peanut oil
  2. Add garlic and stir fry for 30 sec.
  3. Add meat and stir fry until slightly done
  4. Add wine, sugar, soy sauce, onion and MSG
  5. Stir fry until onion begins to cook - do not overcook meat
  6. Sprinkle on sesame oil, toss

  • Serve over hot rice
