1/2 Large Vidalia Onion Per Person
Butter or Margarine
Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt
Make one 12" square of aluminum foil for each onion half
Peal onions and place on a square of foil
Add butter, salt, pepper and cheese to taste
Bake or grill for approx. 40 minutes or until tender
For grilling, margarine does not burn as easily as butter
